The Toy Barn garage condo facility in the North Phoenix/Scottsdale area for owners' favorite toys, including cars, boats, jet skis, motorcycles and RVs. Each owner has a titled unit, plus access to common areas including the clubhouse.
Units range in size from 720 to 1,920 square feet. Features both heavy garage doors and standard entrance/exit doors. The community features large drive aisles, and owners have 24/7, year-round access.
