McCormick Ranch is one of the largest planned community developments in the country, according to the McCormick Ranch property owners' association. The population is estimated to be about 25,000 people. 4,236 acres of mixed use land. The Scottsdale community is located between Indian Bend Road and Shea Boulevard.
